Great service from this supplier. Goods arrived in perfect condition and well on time. I have no doubts about using them again and do recommend them.

Incredibly poor communication about my order which has been misplaced. I've been waiting a month since it was apparently dispatched so I've requested a cancellation and refund. Who knows how long that will take!! (3 days and counting.........)

It was just a wooden shelf but the whole experience means I will be bald for more shortly. I was looking for a wooden shelf and this came up, it was cheap but had good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. What a great experience. Product was of a high quality and the whole buying process was easy and efficient. Delivery was on time and I am really pleased with the shelves. Thanks guys, look out for my next order next week.

Bought a shed off these people. Arrived soaked and mouldy. Emailed them requesting info on steps to correct it. They didnt reply for ages. Then replied with a very short rude email asking what I wanted replaced. Well, the entire thing. However, with the hasle in mind, I requested a few bits. Still no reply. I would recommend that you avoid these folks. While there products are shipped by the same supplier as many others, their service, response time and responsibility to their clients is terrible. AVOID!UPDATE:I have continued to try and contact these people without a reply. My sincere recommendation is that you avoid them. They are clearly in breech of any reasonable returns policies and have been selling damaged products.

Outstanding service. Excellent value, excellent quality product. Delivery promised for 10th April, recieved order( including 1 made to measure piece) before the end of February. Easy to install. Looks great.

Not yet recieved my purchase as I am told there is a 15 week lead time. However I have paid in full and awaiting this. At no point during transaction was it made clear that this was the lead time

I was impressed that the company remembered to tell me when the product was back in stock. The product is a sun lounger, so of course I have not used it yet. It seems OK, but very heavy and I fear storage might be an issue. Excellent service though and the product is good quality.

Really great service & very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Bedroom furniture arrived when told, they even arranged for a local delivery company to to deliver to my elderly mum rather than a big delivery company, very nice personal touch.Products are excellent, very solid, we had to build ourselves, but no issues. End result looks lovely, & mum very happy!Would definitely use again - thank you everyone!

BE CAREFUL!! I really wouldn’t trust them and would never buy from them again. This company is awful! I paid for something in June expecting it to arrive the following week. They emailed to say it would arrive in late July. The arrival date of the item passed so I chased. Their phone lines go dead. I emailed and they said it would arrive in mid August, that arrival date passed and they then said Mid September! I asked for a refund but a week later, still no refund and just told me to contact the bank when the bank has said to contact them. I’ve just been sent on a wild goose chase.

BE WARNED !!! I write this review as a customer that has yet to be contacted after a 3 month wait of a summerhouse, money taken and delivery now postponed twice the day before delivery! I have come to trustpilot and will do as many online reviews as I can to warn other customers of the very poor customer service as lack of delivery of goods that have been paid for.
